Returns Policy

We at Silver Shield are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with every purchase you make. Should you need to return an item, our policy is as follows:

Time Limit

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e., uncirculated and unopened in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns on large orders or on orders involving substantial market risk due to fluctuating silver prices.

Proof of Purchase

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. Please include your original invoice in your return package.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that due to the nature of our business and fluctuations in the precious metals market, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been removed from their original packaging.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (i.e., if the item is defective or not as described). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Exceptions
